Easter at The Old Town Museum
Easter in Den Gamle By - the Old Town Museum is always a special and wonderful springtime experience. Here you can follow the Easter egg back in time through the different neighbourhoods of the Old Town, chat with the postman and enjoy a delicious Easter lunch with history.
Follow the Easter egg into the past, decorate your own Easter egg with beautiful colours in the creative workshop, make Easter chicks like in the 1970s and much more.
You can feel the Easter spirit everywhere in the Old Town. So don't forget to talk to the many locals about the old Easter traditions that have been passed down for centuries. And maybe the kids will even be lucky enough to find an Easter egg that the Easter Bunny has hidden in honour of Easter.
