Easter activities at Gammel Estrup
The great egg hunt has begun! During the Easter holidays, young and old can once again take part in fun Easter activities at Gammel Estrup Danish Manor Museum.
Activities for the whole family
Follow the children's trail and find eggs throughout the manor. Visit the activity room in the basement where you can play and try different listening stations and digital activities. Try the manor playground in the garden and visit the manor kitchen, which is open and sells coffee and cake from the large wood-burning stove.

Enjoy a stroll in the manor garden and experience the spring trickle - or try a walk in the old manor forest on the other side of the main road, or follow the signposted trail in the landscape.
Gammel Estrup Danish Manor Museum
Gammel Estrup Danmarks Herrregårdsmuseum is Denmark's largest manor house museum where you can step into the history of the Danish manor houses. Since 1930, the museum has worked to preserve and develop Gammel Estrup, while at the same time communicating and researching the fascinating stories of the manor houses. Here you can gain insight into everything from magnificent architecture and beautiful landscapes to culture, history, agriculture and economy - both in Denmark and in an international perspective.
