The Clover Paths Kløverstierne in Grenaa
Use the trails for exercise and to experience Grenaa's city life, history and recreational oases. All four routes start at Torvet, but you can of course also choose to start somewhere else on the route.
The routes have different lengths and colours to make it easier to follow the route along the way.
Green route: 2.5 km
The Green Route takes you on a discovery tour of Grenaa's city centre. On the route you'll pass, among other things:
- St Gertrude's Church
- Nytorv square
- Catholic Church and the mission house
- The Labourers' Home, the station building and the post office
- The grocery store Købmandsgården
- The square Torvet
Blue route: 5 km
The Blue Route takes you through the ever-changing landscape of Grenaa. On the route you will pass by:
- Ågade
- Pavillonen cultural centre
- Grenaa Golf Club
- Kolindsund
- Galgebakken
- Enslevgården
- The old facility with the oak tree
Red route: 7.5 km
The Blue Route takes you from nature all the way into the city along the river. On the route you'll pass by, among other things:
- Grenaa
- Grenaa River
- The coastal road
- The Blue Flag Station at Grenaa Beach
- Grenaa Plantation
- Grenaa Sports Centre
- The square Torvet
Black route: 12.8 km
On the Black Route you have to keep your tongue firmly in your cheek, with many bridges and ditches to cross. The route works particularly well as a mountain bike route. On the route you will pass by, among other things:
The track is uneven and very winding. You will pass 20 bridges/crossings of varying degrees of difficulty. Arrows mark the difficulty level:

The Clover Paths Kløverstierne in Denmark
You'll find Clover Paths throughout Denmark, and the trails are designed so you can walk, run, or cycle along different routes. There are four varying distances - a green, red, blue, and a black one - with trips suitable for everyone.
The Clover Paths start from a central starting point, from which the four routes branch out. The routes vary in length, including options such as 2.5 km, 5 km, 7.5 km, and 10+ km, providing a suitable journey for every preference.
On the Clover Paths, you can choose to walk or cycle, and in some places, there is also the possibility to use roller skates or travel the entire route in a wheelchair. This offers a wide range of opportunities to enjoy nature and move freely along the Clover Paths.
