Kim Rath Kofoed
Local on Djursland
Kim Rath Kofoed was born and raised in the northern part of the Djursland peninsula – a stone’s throw away from some of the region’s most beautiful beaches and wildest countryside experiences.
Today, Kim regularly visits these places to go angling, gleaning, swimming, and quite simply, exploring.
Therefore, it is perhaps no big surprise that Kim has become a biologist specializing in educating others on the flora and fauna around us. He makes use of his great expertise in his daily work at the Kattegatcentret aquarium in Grenaa, where he is also part of the team that educates visiting classes from various schools. And certainly when he is educating his followers on YouTube under the alias ‘BioKim’, which is the name children and biology freaks of all ages know him by.
